Valeo FC and the Valeo Futbol Foundation are proud to be counted as partners of the inaugural Boston Unity Cup. Valeo's Nathan Stern, who serves as the Club's Director of Urban Programs overseeing all of the inner-city programs and teams, was chosen as tournament commissioner.
The citywide tournament brings together Boston's diverse community around a shared passion for sport. It is a moment to celebrate the cultures and nationalities of Bostonians in a safe environment that promotes sportsmanship, collaboration and acceptance.
The Boston Unity Cup is a city-wide tournament designed to bring together Boston's diverse community around a shared passion for sport. This summer, we welcomed sixteen flag-bearing nations to compete for the first annual Unity Cup held during the weekend of July 6-8 at Moakley Park in South Boston.
Brazil and El Salvador met in the Championship match with Brazil ultimately being crowned champions. We look forward to sharing 2019 event information later on this year. Until then, please keep in touch via Boston Unity Cup social media pages and/or our contact email included below.
