Soccer at the highest level requires a balance of explosive power and muscular endurance. The Ironman Speed & Strength Clinic focuses on not only building strength and increasing running speed but converting that new athleticism into soccer-specific power and quickness so players can make a significant impact on the field.
The Junior Ironman & Ironman weekday clinic will be a small group so the individual athletes will get more attention in a more interactive mode. The maximum number of athletes for each clinic is 10.
We recommend a 2-day split. You have the option to choose between: Mondays or Tuesdays for DAY 1
Wednesdays or Thursdays for DAY 2
